Payment and Shipping

• You will not pay online immediately. Once your order is submitted an email is sent to our shop. You will also receive a provisional order confirmation, subject to stock verification.

• We will verify that everything you ordered is still available and in sufficient quantities. Should a specific fabric not be available, we will suggest a substitute. Alternatively, we can place your fabric on back-order.

• Once we have verified your order, we will email you a Pro Forma Invoice that includes a final order confirmation, our banking details and the amount payable, including postage and packaging.

• Once proof of payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days via courier.

• Once fabric is cut, it can unfortunately not be returned, refunded or exchanged. All fabrics are carefully inspected before shipping.
